Patricia Saavedra is the Chief Administrative Officer and oversees all aspects of the company’s Administration, Accounting, and Risk Management Programs. Prior to Joining S3H, Patricia served as President of HRBP Consulting Services where she oversaw all aspects of HR consulting and business development. Prior to HRBP, Saavedra held a variety of executive positions in the residential construction industry. She has over ten years experience in human resource management at Fortune 500 companies including Xerox Inc., Intel Inc. and Ryland Homes. While working for a large, privately held homebuilder, Saavedra was involved in start-up operations for twelve subsidiaries in multiple states. She also has significant experience in insurance contracting, risk management, OSHA compliance and Worker’s Compensation implementation as well as payroll, recruitment, staffing and employee relations. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Saavedra has lived in the Las Vegas Valley for over ten years.
