Vatche co-founded S3H, Inc. in 2005 and has served as the Company’s President since its inception. He has more than 40 years of experience in all aspects of Design Build Mechanical Construction and strategic business development experience. Prior to founding S3H, Inc., Mr. Sarkoyan held many key and executive positions with Southland Industries where he mastered the concepts of design build and project management while cultivating business relationships that would one day make his dreams of successful business ownership come true.
In 1980 Vatche moved to the United States where he attended California Polytechnic State University-Pomona, CA and earned his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Sarkoyan is a Registered Professional Engineer and holds contractor's licenses in Nevada, Washington D.C., Southern Califonia, Northern California, Arizona, Hawaiian Islands and Oregon as its Responsible Managing Individual.
As the technical leader of a large commercial subcontractor, Mr. Sarkoyan diligently focuses on quality of work and quality relationships. Mr. Sarkoyan is recognized in this industry for his technical knowledge of design build and mechanical construction while being well respected for his business values and acumen. This combination of skills allows S3H to provide clients with alternatives to the traditional contracting world. S3H excels in providing clients cost effective and environmentally responsible construction solutions that meets their need while surpassing their expectations.
Arlene Sarkoyan is CEO and senior executive with verifiable year-after-year success achieving revenue, profit and business growth objectives within a start-up, rapid-change environment. Mrs. Sarkoyan is highly successful in building relationships with upper-level decision makers, understanding critical business drivers in multiple markets, while motivating more than 450 employees to exceed $200 million in revenues yearly. As co-founder, Mrs. Sarkoyan led the organization’s transformation from a small business enterprise to a national vendor of choice in the commercial construction arena. Under Mrs. Sarkoyan’s leadership, the company has evolved into a national mechanical construction company with many divisions located in Nevada, Washington D.C., Southern California, Northern California, Arizona, Hawaiian Islands and Oregon. As the CEO of S3H, Inc., Mrs. Sarkoyan is responsible for running all facets of the business: corporate finance, developing economic goals and establishing and maintaining customer relations. Mrs. Sarkoyan has a proven executive management track record and over 15 years of experience developing relationships into significant revenue within the mechanical construction industry.
