Vatche Sarkoyan

Vatche Sarkoyan is a dynamic and compassionate leader who epitomizes the entrepreneurial spirit at S3H, Inc. as President and co-founder. Since 2005, he has elevated the company to an industry leader by taking on diverse specialized projects. Boasting over 40 years of comprehensive experience in Design, Build, and strategic business development, Vatche's expertise is unparalleled.

Before launching S3H, Inc., Vatche honed his skills through crucial executive roles at Southland Industries, mastering design-build and project management while cultivating essential business relationships that would eventually pave the way for his successful venture.

Vatche immigrated to the United States in 1980, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-Pomona, CA. He holds the distinction of being a Registered Professional Engineer. He possesses contractor's licenses in several states, including Nevada and California, Arizona, the Hawaiian Islands, and Oregon.

As a technical leader in commercial subcontracting, Vatche strongly emphasizes work quality and relationships, earning widespread recognition for his technical expertise and astute business acumen. This unique combination empowers S3H to offer clients innovative, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible construction solutions, consistently surpassing expectations.

As CEO of S3H, Inc., Arlene assumes comprehensive responsibility for corporate finance, economic goal setting, and fostering enduring customer relations. With over 18 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry, she has an impeccable record of cultivating relationships that translate into substantial revenue.

A graduate of California State University-Northridge, Arlene is an active member of esteemed professional organizations, including the National Association of Women in Construction, the National Association of Professional Women, the Nevada Women's Philanthropy, The Women Leaders, and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Paul Gonzales is a seasoned Vice President of Construction with more than 35 years of notable involvement in the construction sector.
