Performed the core and shell HVAC demolition of existing systems and installation of new HVAC systems. Upgrading the 3-story, 513,000-square-foot retail center, the project includes redesigning the complete life safety smoke control systems, kitchen grease exhaust, and make-up air systems (Los Angeles, CA)
