His proficiency extends to project management, field supervision, fabrication scheduling, and mechanical coordination. Mike excels in workforce management, trade conflict resolution, and budget oversight, consistently delivering successful, safe, and cost-effective project outcomes.

With 29 years of experience as a 3rd Generation member of the UA Local 525 union, Tate McGinty is a skilled General Superintendent, overseeing piping work on multiple projects such as Fontainebleau. His drive is rooted in delivering exceptional and well-coordinated work, fostering success for contractors and union members. Tate thrives on collaborating with other trades while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and excellence in his projects.

With over 20 years of industrial construction experience, Bryan Brooks is a results-focused professional adeptly managing diverse project facets: billing, business development, design collaboration, procurement, scheduling, cost control, estimating, CAD management, and project oversight. He has worked on several prominent projects, such as City Center Las Vegas, The Venetian Las Vegas, and Morongo Casino. Bryan's expertise ensures high-caliber, timely results while upholding professional standards.

With over 40 years in the electrical contracting industry, James Harrison leverages expertise to enhance efficiency, quality, productivity, and profitability while maintaining rigorous safety standards. Proficient in building temperature control coordination across various disciplines, James adeptly oversees projects, ensuring precise mechanical and plumbing initiation, pre-functional testing, and commissioning. His adept communication, negotiation skills, and leadership make him a respected figure in the field.

Matt Cochran, a Dixie State University graduate, has over ten years as a Pipe Superintendent. He leads apprentices and journeymen, achieving on-time, on-budget completion of complex design-build projects. His shutdown planning skills, adaptability to unique conditions, and Oregon Class V Boiler License contribute to his success on Dairygold, Leprino Foods, and Southwest Cheese projects. Matt previously managed Boeing's MEP projects and engineered Kimberly-Clark's Everett paper mill remodel.
